Return and Refund Policy

At Gangdhar Mithaiwale, we take great care in preparing and packaging your orders. As we deal in perishable food items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery

If you face any of the above issues, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, So we can deliver the Replacement product within 24 hours.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or partially used items

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

 

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be credit within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll issue a coupon code or offer bank transfer

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be canceled if they have already been processed or shipped, as we deal with fresh and perishable food items.

However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it:

We will try our best to cancel the order if it hasn’t entered the preparation or dispatch stage.

Important Notes:

  • Orders canceled after dispatch will not be eligible for refund.

  • Gangdhar Mithaiwale reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability or payment issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
